  • 1 1/2 lb stew beef
  • 3 Tbsp. flour - (to 4 tbspns) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 can beer - (12 ounce)
  • 1 pkt regular or possibly beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 pkt brown gravy mix

Directions

  1. Cube stew beef. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Brown the meat. In crock pot, mix beer, soup mix and gravy mix. Add in meat. Simmer on LOW 8 to 10 hrs. Serve over noodles or possibly potatoes.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
