Ingredients
- 1 lg. flour tortilla
- 1/2 c. pinto beans, liquid removed
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Lowfat sour cream
- Picante sauce (optional)
Directions
- Spread pinto beans across tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave 1 minute or possibly till heated and cheese melts. Garnish with lowfat sour cream and sauce. Roll up to serve.
