Directions

  1. Salt and pepper meat. Cut apart ribs and brown on both sides in a skillet. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the browned ribs. Cover tightly and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hrs, basting frequently. Twenty min before serving, remove lid to let the sauce thicken.
