Directions

  1. 1,cut the squid in to rings, wash well, pat dry with cloth napkin.
  2. 2.for batter beat the egg well, add refined flour and corn flour, add salt and white pepper pwd. as per requirement.
  3. 3.if necessary add water in batter to make a pouring consistency.
  4. 4.dust the squid rings with little flour, the dip in batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden in color.
  5. 5.serve with tomato sauce.

    These look and sound delicious, will soon be trying this recipe. I am particularly fond of gound white pepper and squid is an all time favourite:)
