Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon onion salt (optional)
Garlic pwdr to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients and place with meat into ziploc bag overnight (or possibly at least 6 hrs). Broil for 15 min or possibly grill outside.
