Ingredients

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Beat lowfat milk into well beaten Large eggs. Sift together flour, sugar and salt into lowfat milk mix. Beat with rotary beater or possibly mixer till batter is smooth.
  2. Pour about 2 Tbsp. batter into lightly buttered 8 inch skillet, preheated over medium heat. Turn only once; bake till light brown on each side.
  3. TIPS: Good serves at breakfast with syrup or possibly fresh fruit. Also can be used as a main dish with crabmeat sauce and white wine. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, lowfat milk. Add in white wine. 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. lowfat milk Dash salt and pepper Flavor with 1 to 2 tbsp. white wine
  4. When thickened add in 1 package fresh crabmeat. Let heat through. Serve warm.
