  • 1 x Chicken, cut into 8 pcs
  • 1 c. Ketchup
  • 1/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire or possibly steak sauce
  • 1 tsp Dry or possibly 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the chicken in a 9" x 13" baking dish which has been coated with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 25 min.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Coat the chicken with the sauce mix and place on the grill. Grill for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till the juices run clear and no pink remains, turning halfway through the grilling.
