1 c. sugar
2 large eggs, unbeaten
2 c. flour
2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/4 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Cream together first 5 ingredients. Add in remaining ingredients to creamed mix.
Whip cream and spread between layers. Slice bananas and arrange on top layer.
