  1. Booil banans till cooked. Mash. Add in lowfat milk, butter, cinnamon, Large eggs, salt & 3/4 c. cheese. Mix well.
  2. Put into a greased baking dish, sprinkle the rest of cheese on top. Bake for 15 min in a slow oven. Garnish with parsley.
