  1. Heat oven to 350*. Grease a 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Sift flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt. With a spoon, thoroughly mix shortening w/ sugar.
  2. Add in Large eggs and beat together till mix is ligth and fluffy. Beat in flour w/ bananas and apricots till smotth and creamy. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. Cold inpan for 10 mins and remove.
