- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into skinny sticks
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 heaping Tbsp. of flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs (we used Panko)
- 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
