Ingredients
- Several c., cooked pears, apples and peaches
- Seasoned with brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves, to taste
- 1 can of Hungry Jack biscuits
- Stick of melted butter
- Powdered sugar, optional
Directions
- Place cookie sheet (rimmed) in oven to heat stick of butter. Remove from oven. Roll biscuits one at a time and fill with 2 tbsp of cooked fruit. (The biscuits should be on a lightly floured cloth.) Crimp edges to seal.Dip each pie the melted butter and place on the cookie sheet. Continue till all biscuits are on sheet.
- Bake in 350 degree oven till golden. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. So delicious. Also, good with whipped cream.
