Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 5 slc toasted white bread, cut in small pieces. salt & pepper, to taste
  • 6 Tbsp. butter lowfat milk, as needed

Directions

  1. Boil cauliflower in salted water till done. Drain. Core and break cauliflower into pcs. While warm, add in butter and toast pcs and mix.
  2. Add in lowfat milk till moist (not too dry). Salt and pepper to taste. Place in greased Pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, or possibly till nicely browned on top.
