Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 2/3 c. Powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. Margarine, softened
- 3 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice Additional powdered sugar
Directions
- Combine 1-1/2 c. flour, sugar and butter; pat into a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk Large eggs, sugar, 3Tbsp. flour and lemon juice till frothy; pour over the warm crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till light golden.
- Cold on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
