- 1/4 c. whole allspice
- 2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp freshly-grated nutmeg
Directions
- Grind peppercorns and allspice together and blend with cinnamon and nutmeg. Store in tightly closed jar away from sunlight.
