Ingredients
- If you do not have mini bagels on hand, spread the crab mix on crackers.
- 12 x miniature bagels, split
- 1 x (8-oz) container soft-style cream cheese with olives and pimiento
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 x 6-1/(2-oz) can crabmeat, liquid removed, flaked, and cartilage removed Snipped chives or possibly parsley
Directions
- Toast bagels lightly under the broiler for 1 to 2 min or possibly till golden. Meanwhile, for spread, stir together the cream cheese, chili sauce, and horseradish in a mixing bowl till combined. Stir in crab. Transfer mix to a serving bowl. Garnish with snipped chives or possibly parsley. Serve crab mix with toasted bagel halves. 24 srv.
