  • 8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Butter 9 inch pie plate. Lay cheese in bottom (tear to fit). Pour large eggs and lowfat milk (beaten together) and bacon into pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Let stand for 5 min. Optional: Add in green peppers and onions.
