Asian Stir-Fry Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2cup Seasame Oil
  • 21/2lbs Pork Boneless Diced
  • 3/4cup Pork Base (or chicken)
  • 3/4cup Soy Sauce
  • 21/2cups Water Chesnuts, Sliced and Canned
  • 11/4Qts Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 21/2cups Red Peppers Sliced or Julienne
  • 13/4cups Green Onions , Chopped
  • 33/4cups Rice , Cooked
  • 21/2cups Spinach Fresh, Chopped
  • 21/2Gal Water

Directions

  1. Brown pork in oil
  2. Add all other ingredients except rice and spinach
  3. Stir-Fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp
  4. Add water
  5. Stir well and heat to boiling
  6. Add rice and spinach
  7. Taste and adjust for seasoning if necessary
