  1. Combine all ingredients. Spray five ramekins with cooking spray. Divide mix in bowls (about 1/2 c. each).
  2. Bake at 400 degrees till golden brown (20 to 30 min). Remove ramekin to serving plate. Serve accompanied with toast, muffins, roasted potatoes, or possibly other side dish.
