Directions

  1. 1. Combine all topping ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and flour
  3. 3. Add in fruit to flour mix, and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Spoon fruit mix into a 2 litre baking dish, sprinkle with topping mix
  5. 5. Bake at 375 for 40-50 min till fruit is tender.
  6. NOTES: Serve this quick and easy to prepare dish hot or possibly at room temperature. For an extra special treat serve with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream or possibly whipped cream.
