Ingredients
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 2 Tbsp. allspice
- 1 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 c. lime juice
Directions
- Bake or possibly grill meat of choice (lamb chops are good). Mash all ingredients together with fork and spoon over meat the last few min of cooking.
- Makes 1 c.. Allow 1 Tbsp. per serving
