Directions

  1. Heat chocolate chips with water and sugar in double boiler. Cool and add in beaten egg yolks. Add in egg white, beaten stiff and mix in whipped cream or possibly Cool Whip. Cut angel food cake into bite size pcs and place in a 9"x13" pan. Pour the chocolate mix over the pcs of cake and stir gently. Place in refrigerator covered, for 8 hrs.
