  • 100g 90% Lindt dark chocolate
  • 100mls Amarula
  • For the cake
  • 175g butter, softened
  • 75g sugar - I used fructose
  • 100g black cherry jam
  • 3 eggs
  • 5mls baking powder
  • 100g self raising flour
