  1. Filling:Mix the butter and sugar, add in almond pwdr and flour and mix again.
  2. Add in the Large eggs gradually while mixing.
  3. Pastry:Mix the butter, sugar and Large eggs and add in the flour, mixing slowly. Rest for 20 min. Roll out and line the baking tin, fill with the almond paste and bake.
