Ingredients
- 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 c. celery
- 1/4 c. blanched almonds, toasted
- 2 x or possibly 3 hard cooked Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Combine chicken, celery, almonds, Large eggs and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add in to chicken. Toss lightly. Refrigerateand serve on lettuce. You may add in a dash of garlic pwdr to give it a kick, I always do!
