  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine the soup, vegetables and chicken in a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. In a small bowl, combiner the milk, egg and baking mix.
  4. Spread the batter over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
