Directions

  1. * To sour lowfat milk, add in 3 Tbsp. of vinegar to the lowfat milk.
  2. 1. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients.
  3. 2. Mix all other ingredients till well blended.
  4. 3. Add in to dry mix and stir till blended.
  5. 4. Place in well greased muffin tins.
  6. 5. Bake at 375 F for 25 to 30 min or possibly till muffins are golden brown.
