I love Mexican and Italian Recipes. I enjoy cooking main courses. It is almost impossible to find recipes for those who enjoy Hot & Spicy foods.
So I make and create my own recipes. I have taken the Mexican and Italian food recipes and melded them together to create some delicious creations that my family and friends love to eat.
