Unfortunately, he closed his Michelin 3-star restaurant and now has a couple of others in Paris. Mashed potatoes to die for. Get his book "Simply French" (sic) co-written with Patricia Wells - and try the lobster recipes!

Jean-Claude Rigollet has been cooking there for more that 20 years. Wonderful classic French cuisine. The wine list usually has the best Chinon wines going back 30 - 40 years. If the 1964 Chinon Clos de l'Olive is still on the wine list it will make your year!
