About me

I love all kinds of food and especially love the variety of foods I can cook on my Big Green Egg. Its like a grill but so much more in terms of just how versatile it is. In a nut shell I cooked an entire thanksgiving dinner on including bird, casseroles and even the pumpkin and pecan pie.
