About me

retired physical therapist. I do not cook much. my husband just had a heart procedure (2stents put in). I was hospitalized 1 1/2 months ago for diverticulitis. We need to change our eating habits. My husband is also a dibetic and is on Plavix.We are exercising and trying to eat better. these recipes will help use do just that.we are usually very active but we tend to poop out easily. we want to ge heathlier, so we can get back to our life as it was, or atleast closer. I am 69 my husband is 78.
