About me

I first learned my way around the kitchen as a teenager when I worked as grill master at “Churrascaria Caregnato” which was owned by my grandfather in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. During my early twenties I opened my own business, “Erganutri Refeicos” which is still operating in Caxias do Sul, Brazil.

I currently help to keep the authentic taste and environment of Brazil in the Texas de Brazil restaurants which are located all around the country.

I received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Caxias do Sul, Brazil. I also received a certification from the culinary institute of Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu Perugia in Umbria, Italy.
