Love food! Very little I don't like, with a strong gravitational pull towards Sweets, Bread, Pasta, coconut based curries... did I say I have a sweet tooth? And a consumption problem, a taste is never enough. I'm forever looking on how to make it healthier, by adding fiber, reducing fats, replacing sweeteners. I'm a tortured soul in the kitchen.
