Ingredients

  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Packages tomato c. of soup
  • 2 Packages Good Seasons Italian Dressing
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon or possibly less garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Wash chicken and drain dry. Spray pan with vegetable spray. Roll chicken in coating mix. Arrange skin side up in pan. Heat 1/4 c. butter and dab on chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly till done. Works well for pork chops also. Store leftover shake and bake in freezer or possibly refrigerator.
