Ingredients
- 1 c coconut milk " unsweetened "
- 1 tlb cream of coconut
- 1/2 c spinach
- 1/4 c mango
- 1/4 c pineapple chunks
- 1 kiwi "peeled & chopped"
- 1t matcha powder
- 1tlb vega lite "vanilla" shake powder
- ice
Directions
- Place coconut milk, cream of coconut & spinach in a blinderPulse until well blended. Then add mango, pineapple, kiwi, matcha powder, vega lite powder and enough ice to desired thickness and blend until smooth!
