Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (or 1 (40 oz) can, drained)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter/margarine (softened)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup self-rising flour

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients and put in large baking dish. Mix together well butter/margarine, brown sugar, pecans and flour (will be crumbly). Sprinkle over potatoes.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
