Directions

  1. Cut chicken in cubed sized pieces
  2. Dredge with a Flour, salt and pepper mixture, I usually use a lot of black pepper.
  3. In about 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil fry chicken until fully browned and cooked
  4. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredient in a small bowl.
  5. Once Chicken is cooked add sauce mixture to pan
  6. Bring to boil and cook a couple minutes
  7. Serve with rice.
