Tilapia is one of my most favorite fish, and with it being very easy to prep, this recipe was sensational. Could'nt wait to eat!

This is a family favorite.
Ingredients
- Spicy Tilapia (4 fillets)
- Tb. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- Aioli: 3/4 C. mayo
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tb. lemon juice
- 1 Tb. dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. taragon (optional)
Directions
- Combine and sprinkle above spice mixture on tilapia.
- Fry (butter and olive oil) or grill about 2 mins. each side .
- Top with prosciutto and cilantro.
- Serve with aioli.
- Enjoy!!
