Ingredients
- 1 med. bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1/4 c. water
- 12 ounce peeled, cooked potatoes, diced
- 12 ounce precooked turkey sausage sliced
Directions
- Combine pepper, onions and water in skillet. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes
- Add potatoes and sausage. Cook uncovered 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally
