  2. 2. COMBINE BEANS AND ONIONS. SET ASIDE FOR USE IN STEP 4.
  3. 3. COMBINE SUGAR, VINEGAR, SALAD OIL, SALT, AND PEPPER; WHIP Or possibly SHAKE THOROUGHLY.
  4. 4. Add in DRESSING; BLEND WELL.
  5. 5. COVER; Chill AT LEAST 6 Hrs Till FLAVORS ARE WELL BLENDED. KEEP REFRIGERATED Till READY TO SERVE.

  7. 1. IN STEP 2, 1 LB 6 Ounce DRY ONIONS A.P. WILL YIELD 1 LB 4 Ounce THINLY SLICED ONIONS.
