Ingredients
- 2 lb Fresh green beans
- 4 lrg Cloves fresh garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. Chopped green onions
- 1 sm Can minced green chile Peppers
Directions
- Cut beans in 2-inch lengths. Boil till tender-crisp and drain. Peel garlic and mash with salt. Add in oil, vinegar, onions and chiles. Pour over beans while warm. Toss gently. Chill.
