  • Barramundi filets 5-6
  • 1/4c Chili Garlic Sauce -tuong ot toi
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2-3 cloves mince garlic
  • juice of one lemon
  • juice of one small orange
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 white onion large dice

Directions

  1. rinse and pat dry filets
  2. place fillets on baking sheet
  3. salt and pepper
  4. whisk together chili sauce, soy, garlic and juices
  5. pour over the fillets
  6. add diced onion
  7. cover with a sheet of foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
