Orange And Mustard Glazed Beef Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. freshly-squeezed orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 4 lb ribs from a standing rib roast

Directions

  1. Cook the orange juice over medium heat till it is reduced by half, about 6 to 8 min.
  2. While the juice reduces, whisk together the mustard, honey, horseradish, thyme, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the reduced orange juice.
  3. Grill the ribs over a medium-warm fire, basting frequently with the glaze till they are medium-rare and slightly charred, about 15 min.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
