Ingredients

  • 125 gm Deluxe Belgium dark gluten free chocolate, broken into pcs (4oz)
  • 25 gm Unsalted butter, (1oz)
  • 25 gm Unsalted peanuts, (1oz)
  • 25 gm Raisins, (1oz)
  • 50 gm Mini marshmallows, (gluten free) (2oz)
  • 50 gm White gluten free chocolate, broken into pcs (2oz)
  • 50 gm Flaked almonds, toasted (2oz)

Directions

  1. Put the plain chocolate and butter in a bowl over steaming water and heat.
  2. Stir in the peanuts, raisins, marshmallows till coated.
  3. Turn out on greased proof paper and wrap the paper around the mix, pressing it into a 4cm (1 1/2 inch) thick roll. Refrigeratetill hard.
  4. Put the white chocolate in a bowl over steaming water and heat.
  5. Unwrap the chilled roll, scatter the toasted almonds over a sheet of greased proof paper, and working quickly cover the roll in the melted white chocolate, then roll in the flaked almonds. Again wrapping the roll in the greased proof paper.
  6. Refrigeratetill hard. To serve cut into thin slices.
  7. NOTES : A delicious bar which can be cut into small wedges for special occasions.
