Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. cooked egg noodles
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 2 tbsp. minced pimento
  • 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Directions

  1. In 2 qt microwave safe casserole, combine soup and lowfat milk. Stir in noodles, peas, pimento and tuna. Cover and microwave on high 9 min or possibly till warm, stirring twice during heating. In small saucepan, brown bread crumbs in warm melted butter. Sprinkle over noodle casserole. 4 servings.
