  • 1 lb Venison our (Your Choice)
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 2 (796 ml) cans crushed roasted tomatoes
  • 2 (156 ml) cans tomato paste
  • 3 cans kidney beans (Light & Dark Red)
  • 2 bottles beer (Golden Lager)
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 1 chili pepper (jalapeno)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 4 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (Your Choice)
  • 3 fluid ounces Jack Daniels Honey Whiskey

Directions

  1. Brown all meat.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Chop onion and peppers.
  4. Mince garlic.
  5. Add all ingredients, spices, and meat to pot.
  6. Stir and heat to a slow boil for 2 hours.
