  • 2 lb Amberjack Orange Butter Almond Sauce
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1/4 c. Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1/4 c. White Wine
  • 2 x 3 dozen Yellow Raisins
  • 1 dsh of Soy Sauce sm. handful of Sliced Almonds

Directions

  1. Grill fish and brush with butter while cooking. In sauce pan cook over low heat all ingredients (don't add in almonds) while warm whisk till it becomes a smooth sauce. Pour over the grilled Amberjack and sprinkle Almond on top of fish.
