Making that perfect loose grain rice is a challenge for many. There are many methods and equipment you can use to achieve it, but these two basic ways are my absolute favorite! I am sharing TWO ways you can make fluffy, soft, and perfectly cooked rice.

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients in the Instant Pot
  2. Close the lid and set the vent to sealing so no air is released during the cooking process.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to 5 minutes on high pressure and THAT'S IT!
  4. Let the Instant Pot cool completely. Hence, valve will drop.
  5. Open the lid slowly and fluff with a fork.
