- Egg Fu Yung (Chinese Pancakes with Cabbage & Brown Rice)
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking brown rice cooked, yielding 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup stock or water
- 2 cups finely shredded Savoy cabbage
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped optional
- 4oz (125gr) water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp soy sauce
