Ingredients
- 1 lg. can (reg. cut, not chunky) mixed vegetables (drain)
- 1 can water chestnuts (sliced or possibly cut up) (drain)
- Minced onion to taste (optional), I use
- 1 lg. spoonful mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. sharp shredded cheese (or possibly more if you like)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix above well and pour into casserole dish. 1 pkg. Ritz crackers (crushed)
- Mix butter and crackers together well. Sprinkle proportionately over vegetable mix. Bake till warm to serve.
